Job summary

Richemont Americas in Shelton, CT seeks an RFBO Inventory Analyst to drive retailer inventory controls and support finance in boutique openings and closings. You will perform internal control reviews, red light reporting, and coordinate with multiple functions across the retail network.

The role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, experience with SharePoint/Teams, and the ability to design workflows, manage projects, and travel up to 30% across the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Travel up to 30% of the year to locations in the United States and Canada.
• Knowledge of SAP, Inventory and prior travel experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros).
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams is a plus.
• Ability to design workflows and procedures.
• Ability to coordinate projects and handle conflicting priorities.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to maintain accurate accounts of boutiques.
• Perform end-of-day controls and monthly closings.
• Manage finance aspects of new boutique openings and closures.
• Lead internal control reviews and red light reporting.
• Prepare monthly internal control reports and ensure follow-up.
• Resolve transfer discrepancies between boutiques and warehouses.
• Assist with physical inventory and reconciliations.
• Train retail teams on compliance and act as main contact for Maisons.
