Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Test Engineer in the US (Andover, MA) to develop and sustain RF production tests for defense/aerospace. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance and manufacturability, including SAW filter testing and ATE usage.

The role is a 4th shift (Fri–Sun, 12 hours) with an additional 4 hours during the week and an 8% shift premium. RTX provides comprehensive benefits and onsite work; relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• You must have a STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years in production testing, preferably RF/microwave.
• Strong knowledge of SAW filter principles, design, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and sustain automated and manual production test solutions.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and drive yield improvement.
• Collaborate with design, process, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
• Document technical work and provide production training.
