Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Engineer, Test & Validation for its Onsite team in Andover, MA. You will lead the development and optimization of automated test processes for high-volume production, applying RF testing, data analysis, and RCCA to improve yields and reduce downtime.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to implement scalable test environments, document test standards, and mentor junior engineers. Onsite role with competitive RTX benefits and relocation considerations.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with RF testing and data analysis in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on strategies to enhance production efficiency, optimize testing methodologies and maintain high-quality standards.
• Resolve production issues quickly and reduce downtime through expert test knowledge.
• Develop robust, scalable test systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for hardware testing and defect resolution.
• Analyze production test data to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date test documentation and standards.
