Job summary

Marki Microwave in Morgan Hill, CA, is seeking an RF Operations Engineer 1 as part of its Career Fair program. This entry-level role supports production test and design verification, assisting with RF measurements, assembly, packaging, and measurement practices from the ground up.

The role is designed as a launch pad with structured rotations, mentorship, and progressively challenging assignments, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of RF product or RF test equipment experience (internships counted).
• Foundational RF/microwave concepts (transmission lines, impedance matching, S-parameters).
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Hands-on lab work with small components and precision test equipment.

Responsibilities

• RF measurements from DC to >125 GHz, including S-parameters and noise figure.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RF test equipment and document results.
• Support production test operations and first article validation.
• Develop test plans for new product validation and analyze data.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
