Job summary

Marki Microwave, based in Morgan Hill, California, is seeking an entry‑level RF Operations Engineer 1 to join a hands‑on development program. You will perform high-frequency measurements, support production tests, and learn assembly, packaging, and measurement practices while rotating through core engineering functions.

The role targets new graduates or early-career engineers who want practical RF/microwave expertise and exposure to multiple teams, mentored by senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience working with RF products or RF test equipment
• Foundational understanding of RF/microwave concepts
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Ability to work hands-on at the lab bench with small components and sensitive test equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent verbal and written communication
• Commitment to hands-on teamwork

Responsibilities

• Perform component-level RF measurements across DC to >125 GHz, including S-parameters and noise figure
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RF and electronic test equipment
• Document test setups and results; communicate findings to engineering teams
• Support production test operations and yield investigations
