Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of engineering experience in electronics production or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented setting and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identification, bring-up, qualification, and hand-off of production equipment and processes.
• Improve machine and process efficiency via DOE and design of experiments.
• Support calibration, maintenance, and repair of production equipment.
• Integrate new tooling, fixturing, and processes into an existing line and assess manufacturability.
• Collaborate with vendors and RF engineers to ensure machine readiness.
