Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in Product Development, Test Development, New Product Introduction or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Hands on experience with RF and Electronic Test Equipment to characterize high frequency devices and modules.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Manufacturing to create test solutions for NPI and Manufacturing.
• Develop software that controls equipment, collects data, and guides engineers to characterize components.
• Research and propose new test solutions and equipment for RF component characterization.
• Understand RF/Microwave testing theory and run tests including S-parameters, Noise Figure/Temperature, and Transient Response Time.
• Assist in data collection for datasheet parameters and customer-requested measurements from DC to >170 GHz.
• Troubleshoot test systems and calibrations, solving characterization problems with systematic approaches.
• Document and release developed test stations and solutions.
• Manage priorities and communicate progress with management; uphold ethics.
