Job summary
Saint-Gobain is seeking a Lead Engineer, RF & Test, to lead RF design, analysis, and qualification activities for advanced radome solutions. You will work with customers, engineering teams, and testing partners to drive high-performance results and shape future technology roadmaps.
You will provide technical leadership in test data interpretation, validate plans, and coordinate external lab testing while ensuring compliance with industry standards and program requirements.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of RF/antenna design and development experience with focus on simulation and customer interaction.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or related regulated industries.
- Strong command of RF/EM interactions, dielectric multilayers, polarization, and RF loss mechanisms.
- Proficiency in reporting and customer-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead RF design, development, and performance analysis of radome products using specialized modeling and simulation software.
- Provide RF design data to support cost estimates and technical solutions.
- Develop RF test plans and validation strategies across manufacturing sites and external labs.
- Represent the organization in RF design forums, working groups, and technical bodies.
- Oversee testing activities and ensure compliance with AS9100 quality standards.
