Job summary

STR's Sensors Division seeks an experienced RF Systems Integration Engineer to lead RF test, measurement, and end-to-end integration on a partner radar system. You will own the RF integration approach, translate system objectives into RF requirements, and design strategies for successful validation.

You will collaborate with the external radar developer, assess RF performance, interfaces, timing, and signal processing impacts.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience designing, integrating and testing RF sensor or communication systems.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into integration plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF testing, measurement, and characterization across labs and systems.
• Understand third-party radar architecture and interfaces for integration.
• Define RF integration requirements and design validation methods.
• Coordinate with external radar developer to resolve RF and integration challenges.
• Lead test planning, execution, and risk/ tradeoff analysis.
