Job summary

TSC’s Product Solutions Division is seeking a System Technical Lead in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on RF sensor, radar, and antenna technologies for DoD/DoW programs, requiring deep expertise in RF design, test planning, and requirements decomposition.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complete systems from concept through production. Ideal candidates have substantial DoD experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with product teams and division leadership

Qualifications

BS in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years RF-based design experience.
MS or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years in DoD/DoW industry.
Strong background in radar, RF, and defense electronics systems.
Proven technical leadership and ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with product teams and division leadership.
Lead IRAD developments of new technology.
Oversee hardware demonstrations, discussions, and technical briefs.
Provide technical oversight of proposals, programs, and product lines.
Develop system test documentation aligned to production verification.
Collaborate with systems, hardware, mechanical, software, and firmware engineers.
