Job summary

TSC’s Product Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL seeks a lead Systems Architect to drive RF-based design, test planning, and requirements decomposition for DoD/DoW programs. You will coordinate with product teams and division leadership to position TSC as a premier partner for radar, EW and sensor systems.

The role requires a strong technical background in RF, radar, and communications systems, plus leadership experience and the ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering with 8–10 years RF-based design experience, or MS/PhD with 8+ years in DoD/DoW.
• Strong background in radar, communications DSP, hardware production, and related defense technologies.
• Technical leadership and subject matter expertise; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain SECRET DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Create radar system architectures based on customer requirements.
• Lead technical development of RF-based technologies for missiles and related platforms.
• Oversee proposals, programs, and product lines with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop test plans and verification methods for production lines.
• Assess industry/government RFIs and adapt products to meet requirements.
