Job summary

Technology Service Corporation (TSC), based in Arlington, VA, seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead/Project Engineer in Huntsville, AL, to lead multi-disciplinary teams in developing RF sensors for precision weapons and EW domains. You will drive hardware, software and mechanical integration, field testing, and system-level solutions aligned with mission objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum BS in an engineering discipline or applied science.
15+ years of experience in industry.
Demonstrated technical leadership on hardware development projects.
Experience with radar and/or electronic warfare product development.
Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams (systems, hardware, mechanical, software, firmware) to develop RF sensor products for defense platforms.
Oversee design, development, test, and production transition; capture requirements and document solutions.
Collaborate with Program Management to scope work, manage risks, and provide technical leadership.
Coordinate with customer and team to resolve technical issues and ensure manufacturability.
