Job summary

TSC is seeking a Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL with a strong focus on requirements development and management to support the Radar & Precision Weapons Division. You will work with cross-functional teams to define system-level architecture, decompose requirements, and develop specifications, ICDs, and verification plans.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a STEM field, 0–3 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, or Engineering related field.
• 0-3 years experience with engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and editing communication of technical information.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams to develop system level architecture and requirements to include performance, functional and interface requirements.
• Allocate and decompose system level requirements to lower-level subsystem/assembly specifications.
• Plan and trace requirement verification activities and results.
• Develop and deliver Specifications, Interface Control Drawings (ICDs), analysis reports and presentations.
