Motorola Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer with RF expertise to lead design and deployment of radio and network solutions for public safety and enterprise customers in Maryland/DC area. This position requires travel up to 25–50% and residency in MD/DE/DC.

You'll perform engineer-of-record activities, design coverage, perform system analyses, and coordinate with customers, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployments, testing, and acceptance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline required.
• Experience with RF and radio systems for public safety or enterprise.
• Ability to design, analyze, and implement RF coverage and IP networks.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer the Engineer of Record on small to mid-sized projects.
• Design coverage and capacity for RF/microwave and WAN networks; RF LMR and BDA design.
• Coordinate with customers and consultants for design reviews, testing, and upgrades.
• Communicate clearly in written and oral forms; manage project timelines.
