Raytheon Technologies invites applications for a Systems Engineer – RF Engineer in Aurora, CO. This onsite role supports RF communications, antenna design, and system integration across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate holds a STEM degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and an active TS/SCI clearance. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations may be required, up to 25% of the time.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using engineering and analysis tools such as Microsoft Office, MATLAB, Ansys HFSS, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and automation.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues involving electronic systems in an academic, internship, laboratory, or professional work environment.
• Experience using common commercial test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, or similar laboratory instrumentation.
• Active and transferable DoD TS/SCI U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Aufgaben

• Support analysis, integration, verification, and troubleshooting test activities.
• Support program activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis using lab and field test equipment.
• Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations using MATLAB.
• Prepare and present engineering results through reports and technical briefings to stakeholders.
• Support testing and troubleshooting of hardware systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and support minor design changes.
• Maintain engineering specifications and drawings.
• Manage engineering databases and participate in technical meetings.
