Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a RF Site Product Manager to own vision, strategy, and roadmap for RF Site products. You will interface with customers and internal stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams from conception to launch, and defining the 'why', 'what', and 'when' of product development with focus on North American markets.

You will guide releases, manage features, and collaborate with marketing, enablement and support to ensure successful delivery across HW and SW.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in product management or related field.
• Experience gathering customer feedback and translating into product requirements.
• Experience with North American Public Safety & Federal markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create epics, initiatives, user stories and scenarios.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap and backlog.
• Define and manage HW/SW release plans and dependencies.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, support and finance to ensure successful launches.
