Job summary

Cisco Wireless is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and delivery of innovative wireless networking solutions. You will coordinate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to define roadmaps and prioritize features that meet customer needs and drive growth.

The role focuses on RF technologies and related features, requiring collaboration across teams to launch globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s +8 years, or Master’s +6 years, or PhD +3 years of related experience in Product Management.
• Experience in Wireless technologies (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, UWB).
• Experience defining a product roadmap and requirements.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Cisco Wireless solutions aligned with market trends and customer requirements.
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept through launch and post-launch support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer needs into detailed product requirements and specifications.
• Work with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, competitive positioning, and enablement materials.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Manage relationships with key customers and partners to gather insights and validate product direction.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
