Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Florida is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of MOTOTRBO devices. You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and guide the team from concept through launch.

You will serve as the primary interface to the North America Sales team and customers, conduct research, define releases, and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional groups including engineering, supply chain, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to influence team members external to their department.
• Experience interfacing with multi-discipline, cross-functional teams.
• Works independently and can manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for MOTOTRBO devices.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Interface with North America Sales and customers.
• Define releases, features, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor portfolio post-launch and sunsetting as needed.
