Job summary

Raytheon’s Airborne Radar Electronics Design (ARED) Department in Fullerton, CA is seeking a Section Leader to guide radar subsystem and network integration efforts. The ideal candidate will manage a 15–20 engineer section, drive staffing, mentoring, and career development, and ensure program delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a section of 15–20 radar engineers.
• Lead radar subsystem design, integration, and production support.
• Oversee program performance using EVMS and prepare PPRs/VARs/EACs.
