Job summary

Raytheon in Fullerton, CA seeks a Principal Radar Systems Engineer to tackle complex radar and RF systems challenges in a multi-disciplinary team. You will participate in requirements development, modeling, simulation, integration and test of radar hardware and software, plus flight tests and performance analysis.

A STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience is required, along with technical leadership. DoD Secret clearance is required; this is an onsite U.S. position in California.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in radar or RF systems and as a Systems Engineer across requirements, design, modeling, simulation, verification, or HW/SW integration.
• Experience in a technical leadership position.
