Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable production. You will develop and refine RF/microwave manufacturing processes, document workflows, and support producibility with design engineers.

You will troubleshoot line issues, apply RCCA methods, and partner with RF, electronics, quality, and supply chain teams to enable rapid transitions from prototypes to full-rate production. A Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electronics/RF hardware production.
• Experience with RF test software and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and optimization of RF manufacturing processes from prototype to full production.
• Create and maintain process docs, assembly instructions, inspection plans, fixtures.
• Troubleshoot RF/electronic manufacturing issues using RCCA methodologies.
• Drive process improvements to improve yield, cycle time, and cost.
