Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an RF Manufacturing Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable production. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF assemblies from prototyping through full production, while creating documentation and fixtures for efficient, reliable manufacturing.

You will troubleshoot complex RF and electronic issues on the production line, driving improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost, and collaborate with RF

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in electronics or RF hardware production.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, schematics and RF-specific specifications.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with RF hardware and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and optimization of manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping to full production.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation including assembly instructions, routing, inspection plans, and tool/fixture designs for RF hardware.
• Troubleshoot electrical and RF manufacturing issues using RCCA methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes through data analysis to improve yield, cycle time, and cost.
• Support design-for-manufacturability with feedback to RF and electrical design engineers.
• Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for electronic products and RF systems.
• Collaborate with design engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to support new product introductions.
• Travel to test sites, supplier facilities, or partner locations as needed.
