Job summary

Anduril is seeking an experienced Staff RF Engineer to design, test, and deploy next‑gen radar systems for defense applications. You will own phased arrays, RF electronics, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate requirements into robust hardware.

You will mentor engineers, perform RF simulations, lead trades and prototyping, and contribute to production readiness with DFM/DFT and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics/computer engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in RF electronics, phased arrays or radar systems.
• Experience with RF design/analysis tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong PCB design and systems engineering knowledge.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of advanced phased arrays and RF electronics for military radar systems.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet performance requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure deliverable quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectures and requirements.
• Conduct RF simulations, trade studies, and prototyping for innovation.
• Drive technical decisions and align with programmatic strategy.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to maintain technical edge.
• Support production ramp-up with DFM, DFT and supplier engagement.
