Job summary

Anduril Industries in Fort Collins, Colorado, seeks a Radar Electro‑Mechanical Engineer to help design and implement RF sensing hardware from concept through initial production, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet radar objectives.

You will own mechanical and thermal designs, prototype quickly, integrate PCBAs with RF hardware, support customer demonstrations, and travel to test sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in immersive technical projects (collegiate or professional).
• 2+ years of mechanical design experience.
• CAD skills and ability to produce high quality drawings.
• Hands-on fabrication skills and root-cause analysis.
• Strong engineering first-principles approach.
• Experience integrating PCBAs into mechanical systems.
• Degree: BSME/MS/PhD in a related field; secret clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical and thermal aspects of hardware design from requirements to production.
• Design mechanical solutions that tightly integrate thermal, RF, PCBs, and cabling.
• Prototype rapidly to identify issues and finalize the product on tight timelines.
• Support customer-facing hardware demonstrations to refine requirements.
• Travel to test sites as needed.
