Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years in RF electronics, phased arrays or radar systems.
• Proficiency with RF design/analysis tools (HFSS, ADS) and measurement equipment.
• Strong PCB design knowledge (Altium) and system engineering experience.
• Ability to lead initiatives, solve complex problems, and work cross‑functionally.
• Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own design and development of advanced phased arrays and RF electronics.
• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and optimization for rugged environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality across deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define architectures and requirements.
• Conduct RF simulations, trade studies, and prototyping for innovation.
• Drive technical decisions and support programmatic strategy.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to maintain competitive edge.
• Support production ramp‑up including DFM/DFT and supplier engagement.
