Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable production. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF electronic assemblies from prototyping through transition to full production.

You will create and maintain process documentation, troubleshoot on the line, and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost. Collaboration with RF design, quality, supply chain, and operations will be essential, plus travel for on-site

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years in electronics/RF hardware production
• Experience with SMT soldering and board assembly
• Ability to read complex schematics and RF specs
• Proficient with RF test equipment
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF assemblies from prototyping to full production
• Create process docs: assembly instructions, routing, inspection plans, tooling designs
• Troubleshoot RF/electrical manufacturing issues with root-cause analysis
• Improve yield, reduce cycle time, and lower production costs
• Support DFx feedback to RF and electrical design engineers
• Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for RF systems
• Collaborate across design, quality, supply chain, and operations for new product introductions
• Assist customer-facing hardware demos to capture requirements
• Travel to test sites, supplier facilities, or partner locations as needed
