Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable production in Fort Collins, CO. You will develop and optimize RF and electronic assembly manufacturing processes from prototype through full-rate production.

You will create process docs, troubleshoot complex RF issues, and drive improvements in yield, cycle time, and cost while supporting DFM feedback to design engineers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in electronics/RF hardware production.
• Familiarity with RF test software (Keysight IO library, BenchVue, NIMAX).
• Experience with SMT, soldering (J-STD-001), and board-level integration.
• Ability to read complex drawings and RF specs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with RF hardware and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Own development and optimization of manufacturing processes for RF assemblies from prototyping to full production.
• Create and maintain manufacturing docs: instructions, routing, inspection plans, tooling; support fixtures.
• Troubleshoot RF manufacturing issues using RCCA and data analysis.
• Improve yield, cycle time, and cost through process improvements.
• Support DFM feedback to RF/electrical design engineers on producibility.
• Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for RF systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, supply chain, and ops teams for new product introductions.
• Assist with customer-facing hardware demos to capture manufacturing requirements.
