Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Engineer to bridge radar hardware design and scalable production. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for RF assemblies and work with RF engineers, systems teams, and operations to transition prototypes to full production.

Qualifications

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years in electronics/RF hardware production environment.
  • Experience with RF test software (Keysight IO library, BenchVue, NIMAX).
  • Experience with SMT, soldering (J-STD-001), and board-level integration.
  • Ability to read complex drawings, schematics and RF specs.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting with RF hardware and test equipment (network analyzers, oscilloscopes).
  • Proven RCCA or root-cause/corrective-action experience.
  • Excellent communication; able to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Eligible for/able to obtain an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own development and optimization of manufacturing processes for RF electronics.
  • Create and maintain process docs: assembly instructions, routing, inspection plans, tools/fixtures.
  • Troubleshoot RF/electronic manufacturing issues and apply RCCA methods.
  • Drive process improvements using data, CPK studies, and best practices.
  • Support manufacturability feedback to RF/electrical design teams.
  • Develop and validate test procedures and fixtures for RF systems.
  • Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain, and ops for new products.
  • Support customer-facing hardware demos to capture manufacturing needs.
  • Travel to test sites or supplier facilities as needed.
