Job summary

FALCATA Product Solutions (PS) Division in Huntsville, AL seeks a Product Manager to oversee RF-based products through the full lifecycle for DoD/DoW programs. Occasional travel up to 30% may be required if not based in Huntsville.

The role requires strong business acumen and coordination with customers, engineering, finance, and production to conceive, develop, test, and sustain products across multiple lines. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BS degree and 8+ years in DoD/DoW or tech industry.
• Experience developing and improving product management processes.
• Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Able to prioritize work and maximize productivity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product business cases and sales forecasts.
• Develop and manage yearly product line budgets and pricing.
• Define and maintain the commercial strategy and demand alignment.
• Provide ROMs and quotes to customers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with production and finance to plan builds within budgets.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver and sustain products across lines.
