Job summary

FALCATA Product Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL seeks a Product Manager to oversee RF-based technologies through the full lifecycle, from concept to sustainment. The role may require up to 30% travel if not located in Huntsville.

You will collaborate with customers, engineering, finance, and production to define roadmaps, manage budgets, and ensure successful product outcomes across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• BS degree and minimum 8 years of DoD/DoW or tech industry experience.
• Experience developing and improving product management processes.
• Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product business cases and sales forecasts.
• Develop and manage yearly product line budgets in support of product line improvements.
• Maintain product pricing documentation and ROMs/Quotes.
• Define commercial strategy and demand alignment with BD and sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain product roadmaps.
• Track product issues and manage ECOs within roadmap constraints.
• Plan product builds with production and finance teams.
• Manage product line inventory to minimize customer lead times.
• Work with multi-discipline teams to build complete solutions.
• Lead by example in creating and executing PM processes.
