Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a PMO Director to lead the Program Management Office for RF-based DoD/DoW programs. Location preferred in Huntsville, AL, with travel up to 25% if based elsewhere. You will drive PMO processes, mentor PMs, and align program objectives with division goals.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Production teams, manage stakeholder communication, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance compliance across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years in program/project management with 3+ years leading PMOs.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Experience developing and improving PMO processes and tools.
• Experience managing direct reports and performance feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and a team of Program Managers across full lifecycle.
• Establish and optimize program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Production, and Division leadership.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance adherence.
• Coordinate proposal development and support pricing and schedules.
• Mentor and develop program managers through execution.
• Communicate issues and risks to stakeholders clearly.
• Serve as escalation point for program issues and resource conflicts.
• Build relationships with government program offices and customers.
• Ensure milestones, master plans, and schedules are maintained.
