Job summary

Accounting Search seeks a Technical Product Manager for FPGA, RF & DSP in Huntsville, AL. You will own strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions, translating engineering insights into market-ready products.

You will guide requirements, tradeoffs, and business cases, while partnering with engineering, sales, and customers to drive product success from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of RF, DSP, FPGA, embedded electronics, or defense/embedded markets.
• Strong technical understanding of FPGA architectures, RF systems, and DSP.
• Strong understanding of the RF-to-digital signal chain: RF front ends, data converters, FPGA processing, DSP.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into product requirements and business cases.
• Experience with embedded electronics and/or firmware.
• Experience evaluating system-level tradeoffs, performance constraints, architecture, cost, and manufacturability.
• Strong communication skills with engineering, sales, customers, suppliers, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the portfolio.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, and business objectives.
• Translate complex system-level requirements into product strategies and requirements.
• Develop business cases for new products and present to executives.
• Lead product concept definition and support NPI from requirements to launch.
• Evaluate competitive products, architectures, and form factors.
• Manage product-line financial performance including revenue and costs.
• Partner with engineering to define requirements and differentiation.
• Work with sales and customers to understand market requirements and opportunities.
• Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support.
• Develop technical presentations, collateral, and training materials.
