Job summary

FALCATA Product Solutions Division in Huntsville, AL seeks a Product Manager to guide RF-based technologies from concept through sustainment under DoD/DoW programs. Travel up to 30% may be required if not based in Huntsville.

The role collaborates with customers, engineering, finance, and production to conceive, develop, test, produce, and sustain products, while shaping business cases, budgets, pricing, and roadmaps for multiple lines.

Qualifications

• BS degree and minimum 8 years of experience in DoD/DoW or tech industry.
• Experience developing and improving product management processes.
• Demonstrated technical and/or business leadership in a technical field.
• Excellent organizational and communications skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical and product management of RF-based technologies across development and production.
• Work with customers, engineering, finance and production to conceive, develop, test, produce and sustain products.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, pricing, budgets, and business cases.
• Provide ROMs and quotes to customers.
• Lead and implement product management processes and methodologies across multiple product lines.
