Analog Devices in the United States is seeking a Product Engineer to support RF/microwave MMIC design, focusing on GaAs/GaN technologies and high‑performance LNA/Driver/PA MMICs. You will work with top engineers to develop and optimize devices across Communications, T&M, Industrial, and Aerospace domains.

The role requires strong RF engineering fundamentals, hands-on simulation and testing, and collaboration in cross‑functional teams. Eligible for a range of benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in EE with RF/microwave focus.
Experience with GaAs/GaN MMIC designs and associated layout/EM analysis.
U.S. citizenship or green card required for access to certain data and programs.

Responsibilities

Develop RF/microwave designs for MMICs (LNA/Driver/Power Amplifier) used in Communications, T&M, Industrial, and Aerospace sectors.
Collaborate with senior RF engineers to prototype, verify, and optimize MMIC performance.
Utilize EDA tools and measurement techniques to drive high-yield, reliable designs.
