Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Antenna and Microwave Engineer to apply RF/microwave theory and AESA architectures, with hands-on testing of components, cards and systems.

You will design RF/microwave components and phased array hardware, lead test and integration activities, and travel to integration sites and customer facilities as needed. This onsite role requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience; security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 2+ years of relevant RF/microwave experience.
• Experience in microwave/RF system, subsystem and component analysis, design and test.
• Proficiency with electromagnetic simulation tools HFSS, ADS, CST, Xpedition and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design and hands-on testing of microwave components, cards and systems.
• Provide technical support to production activities.
• Lead cost and schedule management; proposals and presentations.
