Job summary

Raytheon is hiring for an RF/Microwave Engineer in McKinney, TX to design, develop, integrate, test, and support advanced RF hardware for radar and sensing applications. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM, required by start date.
• Coursework in RF design, microwave circuits, electromagnetics, antennas, radar design.
• Hands-on RF/microwave hardware experience with characterization and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components and phased array hardware.
• Assemble, test, and characterize RF/microwave hardware and devices.
• Integrate and test at circuit and system level; use VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and test benches.
• Use Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW to control measurement systems and analyze data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across design, manufacturing, and programs.
• Support reviews and briefings to leadership and customers.
