RTX is seeking a Principal RF Engineer in McKinney, TX to lead cross‑functional programs for RF, ASIC & MMIC design in radar and EW systems. You will guide design, fabrication, testing and production transitions, acting as a hands‑on leader across the full product lifecycle.

The role is onsite in McKinney, requires a STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent.
• 8+ years in hardware/system development.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• RF hardware knowledge including CCAs and radar/EW systems.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance to ensure RF efforts meet program goals.
• Interface with customers and engineers to understand needs and priorities.
• Oversee design, fabrication, testing, integration and production transition.
• Drive decision-making, track progress, and manage risks.
• Work in lab/production environment on CCA/sub-system/test set development.
• Occasional travel may be required.
