Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with electronics packaging for military/aerospace applications.
• Experience with GD&T and ANSI drawing standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and document antennas, RF sensors, and electronics subsystems.
• Support production programs to maintain quality and on-time delivery; engage suppliers as needed.
• Follow procedures with program and functional leadership to meet design objectives.
• Develop technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
• Supervise mechanical outline, connector selection, drawings, and data package oversight.
• Work with minimal direction, exercising latitude on technical objectives.
• Interact with IPTL, PM, and a multi-functional team.
• Travel periodically to suppliers and other sites to support programs.
