Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a skilled RF/Microwave Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and support advanced radar hardware for national security programs.

You will work across CCAs, MMICs, antennas, and phased-array modules, perform measurements with VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and test rigs, and collaborate across engineering teams to move designs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related STEM field.
• Coursework in RF circuit design, microwave circuits, electromagnetics, or radar topics.
• Experience with RF/microwave design, testing, or antenna systems.
• Experience with VNA/Spectrum analyzers and lab measurement.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components, MMICs, CCAs, and phased array hardware.
• Assemble, test, and characterize RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave hardware.
• Integrate and test digital, analog, and RF assemblies at system level.
• Use test instruments (PNAs, VNAs, generators, spectrum analyzers) to collect data.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams throughout hardware lifecycle.
