Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and support advanced RF hardware for radar and sensing applications. You will work on CCAs, MMICs, antennas, and phased-array hardware, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across the full hardware lifecycle.

You will utilize VNAs, spectrum analyzers, automated test setups, and tools like Keysight ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB, and Python. A DoD Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Coursework in RF/Microwave and antenna topics.
• Experience with RF/microwave design, testing, or characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and analyze RF/microwave components and MMICs.
• Perform assembly, testing and characterization of RF hardware.
• Execute integration and testing for digital, analog, and RF assemblies.
• Utilize instrumentation and software to control measurements and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the development lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and briefings to leadership and customers.
