Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Microelectronics Test Technician 2 to test, troubleshoot, and repair RF electronics hardware on production and repair lines. You will follow detailed procedures, operate diverse test equipment, read schematics, and deliver quality data under strict security requirements.

The role offers a 9/80 or 5/40 schedule depending on shift, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry-related experience in testing and troubleshooting RF electronics
• Ability to read and interpret detailed schematics and drawings
• MS Office experience and ability to document test results quickly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair microelectronics hardware at component level
• Follow detailed test procedures and provide feedback for process improvements
• Operate test equipment and read/write reports in prescribed formats
• Read schematics and engineering drawings to troubleshoot, repair, and assemble modules and systems
• Follow security requirements and work in a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Work on a flexible schedule including extended shifts, weekends, holidays if required
