Job summary

Northrop Grumman Missions Systems seeks experienced RF engineers in antennas, electromagnetics, RF/microwave design, and related areas. Join a diverse team to develop innovative and cost-effective systems across lifecycle stages of programs.

Responsibilities include testing and troubleshooting LRUs and CCAs, performing subsystem analysis, supporting performance testing and verification, and creating test tools using MATLAB or Python. A bachelor’s degree and active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; 2 years of experience for Engineer level; 5 years for Principal Engineer; US citizenship required; active Secret clearance required; ability to troubleshoot RF/microwave design/test problems; knowledge of electrical engineering and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot Line Replacement Unit (LRU) and Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) of RF architecture; support performance testing and requirements verification; analyze subsystems from RF to digits; develop data-driven threshold adjustments and test support tools.
