Job summary

Northrop Grumman in the Mission Systems sector is seeking an RF Test Electronics Engineer to join the Test Engineering Team on the 1st shift. You will design antenna test equipment, integrate new programs, and develop test software for automated data analysis.

Basic qualifications include a BS in Electrical Engineering with 2+ years of experience (or MS), experience with RF/test equipment, and a DoD Secret Clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred: RF/test experience and related skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM; 2+ years experience or MS in Electrical Engineering or related STEM
• Experience with electrical/RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, power meters, spectrum analyzers, signal generators)
• Professional software development experience using C#, Visual Basic, MATLAB
• Current DoD Secret Clearance; ability to obtain SAP clearance
• U.S. citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Design antenna test equipment for factory phased array testing
• Integrate new equipment and programs in a state‑of‑the‑art facility
• Test software and test equipment design for phased array testing and data analysis
• Develop software to automate test processes and data analysis
• Troubleshoot RF issues during test and support technicians
• Analyze test data and identify early trends and corrective actions
• Collaborate with design engineering for hardware and test improvements
• Ensure costs, schedule, and quality align with policy
