Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant work experience; OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and performance testing, troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems and subassemblies.
• Operate specialized test stations and equipment, focusing on RF applications and TWT tuning.
• Perform automated testing and MPM/TX testing.
• Execute test procedures, record data, and ensure compliance with engineering specs and military standards.
• Maintain test documentation and calibration records, adhering to safety and ESD protocols.
• Support root cause analysis of test failures and implement corrective actions.
