Job summary

RTX is seeking a production technician for its Andover, MA facility. The role involves on-site, first-shift operations performing microelectronic/microwave fabrication, inspection, and assembly.

You will follow detailed verbal and written instructions and work with multiple machines to ensure product quality and process compliance. Responsibilities include marking, testing, and record-keeping, with emphasis on safety, housekeeping, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass required assessments relevant to duties.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal, written, video, and computer instructions.
• Perform microelectronic and microwave fabrication, screening, assembly, inspection, active and passive trimming operations.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Monitor process equipment and material for specification compliance.
• Perform marking, stenciling, and painting as required by process.
• Maintain quality assurance lot and final acceptance.
• Verify individual and lot integrity.
• Advise or retrieve product, material, and tooling as needed.
• Perform rework and other duties related to producing product.
• Maintain records and follow safety rules.
