Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior RF Electronics Engineer to join the RF design team in McKinney, TX. You will provide technical expertise for RF Circuit Card Assemblies used in radar and datalink applications on tactical missile programs, including RF/digital circuitry under extreme environments, supporting program goals and timelines.

This onsite role requires a Bachelor of Science in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of RF experience, with proficiency in RF test methods and RF/EDA tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM field required; 5 years in RF, analog/digital, or power electronics.
• Experience with RF test equipment and EDA tools.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF CCAs, transmitters, receivers, or exciters.
• Analyze, test, and integrate RF circuits for radar and datalink.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and ensure documentation.
• Lead with lab characterization and CCA verification.
