Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Manufacturing Test Engineer to join the EW Manufacturing team. You will own production test flow, troubleshoot complex electrical issues, and enhance automation and data analytics to meet production throughput.

You will work with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to support test processes, while ensuring highest quality products reach customers. A strong foundation in electrical test, MES, and PLM systems is required, with security clearance eligibility

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
5+ years of relevant industry experience with emphasis on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
Experience with contract manufacturers in testing of PCBA/electronic assemblies; knowledge of PCBA testing standards.
Familiarity with electronics test equipment such as power supplies, electronic loads, scopes, generators, sensors.

Responsibilities

Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure production test flow.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and resolve complex electrical issues found during testing.
Maintain test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream from system checkouts to component-level validation.
Improve and sustain existing test systems to improve automation and test coverage (DfM).
Generate test work instructions for technicians and train on equipment use.
Develop library of common failure modes with troubleshooting guides.
