Anduril Industries is seeking an RF Engineer to build AESAs for radar applications, from architecture through bring-up and field testing. You will own RF design, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and drive prototype development for fielded systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 4+ years in RF electronics, with proficiency in RF tools, PCB design, and programming. US Top Secret clearance eligibility is expected. Location is Broomfield, CO, with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in electrical, electronics, computer engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in developing RF electronics, phased arrays, antennas or related radar electronics.
• Experience with electronic systems engineering including design specification, part selection, and test planning for RF systems.
• Proficiency in RF design and analysis tools such as Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, or comparable tools.
• Experience in PCB design (schematic capture, specifying and reviewing layout), with Altium experience.
• Ability to break down complex problems and implement innovative solutions with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with RF measurement equipment (Network Analyzers, Signal Analyzers, Near Field Scanners).
• Familiar with Python, C++, or similar for design, simulation, and automated testing.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Design RF analog beamforming AESA subsystems with T/R modules, beamforming ICs, and front-end filtering.
• Collaborate across antenna, digital, mechanical, and systems engineering to define arrays.
• Drive RF characterization of AESA hardware, including near-field, RF performance mapping, and system verification.
• Provide engineering support at field tests to demonstrate capabilities to customers.
