Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in electrical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in developing RF electronics, phased arrays, antennas or related radar electronics.
• Experience leading the designs of active phased arrays using beamforming technologies from concept to production in a defense or aerospace environment.
• Proficiency in PCB design and RF measurement equipment; knowledge of tools like Altium.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the RF design of analog beamforming AESA subsystems — including T/R modules and RF front-end — from architecture through bring-up.
• Collaborate across antenna, digital, mechanical, and systems engineering to define array architectures meeting field needs.
• Lead RF characterization and troubleshooting to close root causes.
• Mentor junior RF engineers on phased array fundamentals, measurement techniques, and design discipline.
