Position Overview

Raytheon is seeking a qualified candidate to support evaluation, rework, and repair of various RF electronics and assemblies, including high-power distribution, electromechanical, cable/harness, and circuit card assemblies. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, evaluation, and repair of complex electronic systems.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate failed electrical assemblies and components using test and measurement equipment to determine root causes.
2. Perform electronic troubleshooting based on technical knowledge without relying on pre-written procedures.
3. Collaborate with engineering, test technicians, and QA to evaluate, repair, and process failed assemblies.
4. Interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
5. Maintain ESD compliance and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically an AA/AS degree or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electrical/electronic evaluation and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret) and U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RF testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and RF equipment.
• Electrical test technical degree or RF troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with DoD systems is a plus.

Additional Details

This is a full-time, onsite role based at Fort Bliss, TX. The salary range is $50,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. The role requires U.S. citizenship and an active security clearance.
